TCS, HCL Tech, Bharti Airtel, Adani Enterprises in focus

TCS, HCL Technologies: IT bellwethers Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and HCL Technologies will announce their Q1FY24 results today, 12 July 2023.

Bharti Airtel: The company has entered into an agreement resulting in acquisition of aggregate 45.6% stake in Lavelle Networks Private Limited, in which the company currently holds 25% stake. Lavelle Networks is a networking software startup that delivers next generation cloud powered technology to optimize, secure and manage enterprise branch networks.

Adani Enterprises: The company has raised Rs. 1,250 crores by allotment of 125,000 Secured, Unrated, Unlisted, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures (?NCDs?) of the face value of Rs. 1,00,000/- each on private placement basis.

Sterlite Technologies: Sterlite Technologies announced its partnership with Windstream, a privately held communications and software company, to support their large-scale fiber expansion projects.

Jammu and Kashmir Bank: The meeting of the board of directors of the bank is scheduled on 15 July 2023 to consider and approve the raising of capital (Tier I/Tier II) during the financial year 2023-24.

Greaves Cotton: Greaves Electric Mobility Private Limited (GEMPL), the e-mobility division of Greaves Cotton, achieved a cumulative secondary sales milestone of 200,000 units for its Ampere brand electric 2-wheelers till the first quarter of the fiscal year 2024.
