Karur Vysya Bank's Certificate of Deposit Programme reaffirmed as ICRA A1+ with a Rs. 12,000 crore value

Karur Vysya Bank Ltd announced that ICRA has reaffirmed the credit rating of ICRA A1+ for its Certificate of Deposit Programme of Rs. 12,000 crore, received on September 25, 2026, with no changes to the existing rating; no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals were noted by ICRA regarding the instrument. The notification was disseminated to The Manager, National Stock Exchange of India Ltd and The Manager, BSE Ltd, referencing Scrip Code: KARURVYSYA and Scrip Code: 590003, respectively, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
