PNB Housing Finance receives reaffirmed ratings from ICRA for instruments totaling Rs 10,000.00

PNB Housing Finance Ltd announced that ICRA Limited has reaffirmed its ratings for various instruments, including a long-term bank facilities programme of Rs 10,000.00, non-convertible debentures (NCDs) totaling Rs 500.00 and Rs 2,000.00, and Basel III Tier I bonds carrying ratings of [ICRA]AAA (Stable)/[ICRA]A1+/[ICRA]AA+ (Stable), alongside reaffirming ratings for long-term others – Fund based of Rs 10,000.00, long term of Rs 10,000.00, long term of Rs 2,500.00, long term of Rs 2,500.00, NCD programme Long term of Rs 2,500.00, Tier II bonds Long term, NCDs of Rs 400 and Rs 2,100, and Long -term bank facilities (others) of Rs 10,000; ICRA also affirmed ratings for instruments INE572E071 and another yet to be placed, both carrying a [ICRA]AAA rating with a Stable Outlook, while noting a Capital to Risk Weighted Assets Ratio (CRAR) of 28.3% as of June 30, 2026, and 27.3% as of March 31, 2026, following the raising of Rs 2,494 crore in fresh equity capital in FY2024.
