Havells India's bank facilities receive AAA ratings from CARE Ratings and India Ratings

Havells India Ltd. announced that CARE Ratings Ltd. has assigned a rating of CARE AAA; Stable to Long Term Bank Facilities amounting to Rs. 500.00 and Rs. 100.00, reaffirmed CARE A1+ to Short Term Bank Facilities totaling Rs. 1,427.50 and Commercial Paper of Rs. 500.00, while also assigning a rating of CARE AAA to Bank Loan Facilities of Rs. 500 crore and CARE A1+ to a Commercial Paper Program of Rs. 100 crore; India Ratings & Research has assigned an IND AAA rating to Debt Instruments of Rs. 200 crore and Long Term Debt of Rs. 800 crore, both with a Stable outlook, and CARE Ratings further noted that a review will be undertaken periodically, with the possibility of revision, reaffirmation, or withdrawal, and continuous monitoring will be in place for certain Bank Facilities, alongside a facility currently under review accompanied by the notation "ISSUER NOT COOPERATING"; additional ratings and information are pending full text availability and are subject to periodic review/surveillance.
