Ester Industries secures reaffirmed AAA ratings from CRISIL, India Ratings, and CARE for Rs 1,800 crore debt

Ester Industries Ltd announced credit rating actions from multiple agencies regarding its long-term and short-term debt instruments. CRISIL Ratings has reaffirmed its ratings, assigning a long-term rating of "CRISIL AAA" (Stable) and a short-term rating of "CRISIL A1+" to the company's long-term bank loan facilities aggregating to Rs 1,200 crore and its short-term bank loan facilities aggregating to Rs 600 crore; India Ratings and Research has reaffirmed its ratings, assigning a long-term rating of "IND AAA" (Stable) to the company's long-term bank loan facilities aggregating to Rs 1,200 crore and a short-term rating of "IND A1+" to its short-term bank loan facilities aggregating to Rs 600 crore; CARE Ratings has reaffirmed its ratings, assigning a long-term rating of "CRISIL AAA" (Stable) to the company's long-term bank loan facilities aggregating to Rs 1,200 crore and a short-term rating of "CRISIL A1+" to its short-term bank loan facilities aggregating to Rs 600 crore, with no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals reported by any of the agencies.
