Cosmic CRF Limited secures Rs 1329.80 lakh purchase order from a Kolkata-based infrastructure company

Cosmic CRF Limited announced it has received purchase orders totaling Rs 1329.80 Lakhs from an Infrastructure Company in Kolkata, for the supply of 1650.00 MT of Sheet Piling (Cold Formed Z Sheet Pile) 12m-E250 Grade, to be executed within six months. The order, awarded to Cosmic CRF Limited, does not involve any related party transactions and is not being executed by a promoter group entity. The company disclosed this information in compliance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
