Chambal Fertilisers’ credit ratings reaffirmed by CRISIL, with loan facilities revised to Rs. 4,323.56 Crore

Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals Ltd announced that CRISIL Ratings Limited has re-affirmed credit ratings for various bank loan facilities, specifically for existing Bank Loan Facilities (Long Term Rating) previously amounting to Rs. 2,000 Crore, now revised to Rs. 2,050 Crore, retaining a Crisil AA+/Positive rating; existing Bank Loan Facilities (Short Term Rating) previously amounting to Rs. 3,720 Crore, now revised to Rs. 3,920 Crore, retaining a Crisil A1+ rating; and proposed Bank Loan Facilities (Long Term Rating) previously amounting to Rs. 4,573.56 Crore, now revised to Rs. 4,323.56 Crore, also retaining a Crisil AA+/Positive rating, as detailed in a letter dated September 24, 2026, with no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals noted.
