Lancor Holdings retains ownership of Menon Eternity property after Supreme Court dismisses curative petition

Lancor Holdings Ltd. remains flat at Rs 35.0 today, having declined 0.57% over the last week.

LANCOR HOLDINGS LIMITED announced that the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India has dismissed a curative petition filed by Prem Kumar Menon regarding the commercial property Menon Eternity, confirming the company's rightful ownership and ability to freely deal with the property. This follows previous rulings on February 4, 2026, which had already validated the Sale Deeds registered in favor of LANCOR HOLDINGS LIMITED. The latest order, received on September 24, 2026, effectively closes the litigation and allows the company to continue in possession of the property and manage it as they deem fit, with no monetary impact disclosed.

Trading volume totaled 69308 shares today, a 16.45% increase compared to the one-week average volume. Lancor Holdings Ltd registered a strong increase of 48.75% year-over-year, outperforming the 6.84% loss in the NIFTY50 index.
