CRISIL Ratings reaffirmed Go Digit General Insurance's corporate credit rating as AA- with a developing outlook

Go Digit General Insurance Ltd announced that CRISIL Ratings Limited has reaffirmed the Corporate Credit Rating (CCR) of the company as AA- (pronounced as double A minus rating) with an outlook ‘Rating Watch with Developing Implications’ as per their letter dated September 23, 2026; this rating is detailed in Annexure 1, which is also available on the company's website at www.godigit.com/investor-relations, and this intimation is provided pursuant to Regulation 30 and Para A of Part A of Schedule III and Regulation 46 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Master Circular no. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated January 30, 2026.
