India Ratings affirmed IND AA(SO)/Stable rating on SBFC Finance’s Series A1 securitised notes

SBFC Finance Ltd announced that India Ratings & Research Private Limited, India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra), and India Ratings have affirmed the IND AA(SO)/Stable rating on the Series A1 securitised notes amounting to 376.25, with a coupon rate linked to a benchmark of three-month ICICI MCLR rate plus a yield spread of 35bp; additionally, India Ratings & Research Private Limited affirmed the Prime Trust SBL Aug 22 rating, and has noted the N/A rating for Pass-through certificates (PTCs) issued by Prime Trust SBL Aug 22 [SPV under ABS transaction] originated by SBFC Finance Limited backed by a pool of asset-backed securities, with no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals reported across any of the listed instruments.
