Avantel Limited secures Rs 177.35 crore satellite communication equipment supply order from Zetwerk

Avantel Limited announced it has received a purchase order from Zetwerk Manufacturing Businesses Limited, valued at Rs 177.35 Crores (inclusive of applicable taxes), for the supply of satellite communication equipment. This order follows a rate contract awarded to Avantel by Zetwerk, previously disclosed on March 25, 2026, and is expected to be executed by March 2027, including a one-year comprehensive onsite warranty. The company confirmed that neither the promoter group nor any group companies have an interest in Zetwerk, and the transaction does not constitute a related party transaction.
