Oriental Rail Infrastructure Limited secures Rs 3.64 crore order from Integral Coach Factory for rail chair sets

Oriental Rail Infrastructure Ltd. is down 1.34% to Rs 125.26, paring recent gains that saw the stock rise 4.51% over the last one week.

Oriental Rail Infrastructure Limited announced it has received an order worth Rs 3,63,91,200.00 from Integral Coach Factory (ICF), Chennai, Indian Railways, for the manufacturing, supply, and installation of 40 sets of “one coach set of chairs,” with a completion deadline of November 08, 2026. According to the terms, payment will be structured with an initial 80% upon proof of inspection and provisional receipt, followed by a final 20% payment alongside 100% of installation charges after consignee acceptance. The company confirmed that neither the promoter group nor any group companies have an interest in ICF, and the order does not constitute a related party transaction.

Trading volume reached 62453 shares today, a decrease of 52.44% compared to the one-week average volume. Oriental Rail Infrastructure Ltd remained flat year-over-year, outperforming the NIFTY50 index's 7.43% loss.
