Healthy Life Agritec board approves Rs 5,000 Lakhs rights issue to eligible shareholders

Healthy Life Agritec Limited announced that its board approved a rights issue to raise up to Rs 5,000 Lakhs through the issuance of partly paid-up equity shares with a face value of Rs 10 each, to eligible shareholders as on a record date to be determined, subject to statutory and regulatory approvals; the issue price, rights entitlement ratio, record date, timing, and payment terms will be determined by the board or a rights issue committee. The company has formed a Rights Issue Committee comprised of Divya Mojjada (Chairperson), Mohammed Sadiq, and Apra Sharma, and the number of equity shares to be issued will be determined following in-principle approval from the stock exchange. The board meeting commenced at 12:00 P.M. (IST) and concluded at 1:45 P.M (IST).
