Steel Exchange India's instruments receive credit rating upgrades from Infomerics Valuation and Rating Limited

Steel Exchange India Ltd announced a credit rating update for its instruments in compliance with Regulation 30 and other applicable regulations of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Specifically, Infomerics Valuation and Rating Limited, a credit rating agency, upgraded the ratings for Non-Convertible Debentures amounting to Rs 198.56 crore from IVR BBB-/Stable to IVR BBB+/Stable, upgraded the ratings for Long Term Bank Facilities totaling Rs 359.63 crore from IVR BBB-/Stable to IVR BBB+/Stable, and upgraded the ratings for Short Term Bank Facilities from IVR A3 to IVR A2.
