ICRA reaffirmed BBB (Stable) ratings for Virtuoso Optoelectronics’ various instruments and facilities

Virtuoso Optoelectronics Ltd announced that ICRA reaffirmed and assigned ratings for various instruments, including Long term – Fund based Facilities – Cash Credit with an amount of 115.00, Long term – Fund based Facilities – Term Loan with an amount of 132.81, and Long term – Unallocated limits with an amount of 2.19, all carrying the rating of [ICRA]BBB (Stable); additionally, ICRA reaffirmed the rating of [ICRA]BBB(Stable) for Cash Credit instruments totaling 35.00, 30.00, and 20.00, along with Term Loans amounting to 0.26, 2.54, 2.78, 6.26, 11.72, 0.51, 2.31, 0.89, 0.38, 4.92, 2.22, 12.45, 5.62, 10.54, 44.87, 11.41, 3.91, 2.97, 0.87, 1.87, 1.14, 2.37, 2.19, and all maturing on September 11, 2026, with no withdrawals or enhancements noted by the rating agency.
