Chalet Hotels' credit ratings upgraded by India Ratings & Research, with some withdrawn

Chalet Hotels Ltd announced a revision in its credit ratings following an update from India Ratings & Research Private Limited, communicated via email dated September 22, 2026. India Ratings & Research Private Limited upgraded the rating for Term Loans and Fund-based Working Capital limits from IND AA- / Stable to IND AA / Stable; the rating for Non-Convertible Debentures was upgraded from IND AA- / Stable to IND AA / Stable with a withdrawal designation (WD); and the rating for Non-Fund based Working Capital limits remained unchanged at IND A1+ with a withdrawal designation (WD) – Rating Withdrawn. The company has issued Non-Convertible Debentures with Scrip Code 976529 and Equity with Scrip Code 542399.
