Capri Global Capital secures “ACUITE AA+/Stable” rating for Rs. 400 crore NCDs from Acuité

Capri Global Capital Ltd announced that Acuité Ratings & Research Limited ("Acuité") has assigned a credit rating of “ACUITE AA+/Stable” (ACUITE Double A Plus with Stable Outlook) to its proposed Non-Convertible Debentures (“NCDs”) aggregating to Rs. 400.00 Crore, with Rs. 300.00 Cr reserved for the Subordinated Debt Issue, representing a rating assignment and not an enhancement, withdrawal, or assignment; no other rating agencies are mentioned in the filing, and the rating rationale will be published by Acuité on its website.
