SG Finserve Ltd. receives credit ratings of Crisil AA-/Stable and Crisil A1+ for bank loan facilities

SG Finserve Ltd announced that CRISIL Ratings Limited has assigned a credit rating of Crisil AA-/Stable for the long term and Crisil A1+ for the short term to its Bank Loan Facilities of Rs. 800 crores; this constitutes an assignment of ratings and no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals were noted by the rating agency. The rationale for the credit rating, dated September 21, 2026, was received by the company on September 22, 2026, and is being provided for reference.
