Bank of Maharashtra secures BBB rating from S&P Global for its USD 500 million MTN Programme

Bank of Maharashtra announced that S&P Global Ratings has assigned a rating of BBB to its USD 500 million MTN Programme established on September 4, 2026, and a new rating of BBB to the issue of U.S.$500,000,000 6.112 per cent. Senior Notes due September 24, 2031, issued through its IFSC Banking Unit Branch, under the U.S.$500,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme; no other rating agencies were mentioned, and no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals were noted regarding any instruments.
