Moody’s assigned Baa3 ratings to Canara Bank’s $3 billion Medium Term Note Programme

Canara Bank announced that Moody’s has assigned ratings to its Senior Unsecured (P) at Baa3, its U.S.$3,000,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme at (P)Baa3, and ratings to its Program, with ratings on individual notes subject to review and potentially not assigned to credit-linked notes or notes with variable payments dependent on non-credit events, while individual notes are subject to revision or withdrawal; no ratings were assigned by other agencies, and no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals were noted beyond those actions by Moody’s.
