Pace Digitek's Lineage Power subsidiary secures Rs 4884.61 crore contract from NTPC GE Power Services

Pace Digitek Limited has been awarded a significant contract from NTPC GE Power Services Private Limited for Rs 4,884.61 million, as its material subsidiary, Lineage Power Private Limited, received a Letter of Award on September 21, 2026. The contract involves the supply, delivery, testing, and supervision of erection, testing & commissioning of 5.015 MWh BESS Containers along with BMS and EMS, including a comprehensive maintenance contract for 12 years, with completion expected by December 31, 2026. The company confirmed that neither the promoter group nor any group companies have an interest in NTPC GE Power Services Private Limited, and the transaction does not constitute a related party transaction.
