Cosmic CRF Limited secures Rs 1179.92 lakh order for structural steel fabrication from a Kolkata-based client

Cosmic CRF Limited announced it has received purchase orders totaling Rs 1179.92 Lakhs from an Engineering & Infrastructure Industry in Kolkata, according to a filing with the BSE Limited on September 19, 2026. The order, for fabricated structural steel amounting to 1008 MT, is expected to be executed within three months and does not involve any related party transactions; the company’s Chief Financial Officer, R P Mandal, confirmed the disclosure in compliance with SEBI regulations.
