Cosmic CRF subsidiary secures Rs 1414.04 lakh purchase orders from a Kolkata-based infrastructure client

Cosmic CRF Limited announced that its subsidiary, M/s. N.S. Engineering Projects Private Limited, has secured purchase orders totaling Rs 1414.04 Lakhs from an Engineering & Infrastructure Industry in Kolkata. The orders, involving 1208 MT of fabricated structural steel, are to be executed within three months and do not constitute a related-party transaction. The company disclosed the information in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
