The order, awarded on September 18, 2026, under BOQ Contract No. GEMC-511687715001422, includes installation and service and is valued at Rs 59,60,000 (including GST). The company confirmed that no promoter, promoter group, or group companies have any interest in the awarding entity, and the transaction is not considered a related party transaction.

Trading volume reached 18000 shares today, a surge of 200.0% compared to the one-week average volume. Chiraharit Ltd remained flat year-over-year, outperforming the NIFTY50 index's 8.17% loss.
