Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services secures agreement with Bandhan AMC to provide its Zoyer platform

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited announced on September 18, 2026, that it has entered into an agreement with Bandhan AMC Limited to provide the Zaggle Zoyer platform. The agreement, awarded by a domestic entity, will see Zaggle provide its platform to Bandhan AMC; however, the value of the SaaS/Software fee and program fee associated with the contract are difficult to ascertain at this stage as they depend on active user numbers and user spending over time. The agreement will remain in force unless terminated, and neither the promoter group nor any group companies have an interest in Bandhan AMC, nor does the transaction constitute a related party transaction.
