P N Gadgil Jewellers Ltd announced an upgrade to its ratings for debt instruments/facilities by CRISIL Ratings Limited, specifically for Fixed Deposits totaling Rs. 50 Crores, now carrying a rating of ‘Crisil A+/Stable,’ which is an upgrade from the previous rating of ‘Crisil A/Positive’; this intimation is provided pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
