CRISIL reaffirmed ratings for Jain Irrigation, including Rs.2711.07 crore in Bank Loan Facilities

Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd announced that CRISIL has reaffirmed its ratings on the company's instruments, including Bank Loan Facilities amounting to Rs.2711.07 Crore, carrying ratings of Crisil BBB- (Negative) and Crisil A3, and Non-Convertible Debentures totaling Rs.785.63 Crore, which also hold a rating of Crisil BBB- (Negative); the Bank Loan Facilities rating was previously based on a limit of Rs.2930 Crore, now reduced to Rs.2711.07 Crore, while no rating data was provided by other agencies.
