CRISIL, India Ratings, and Care reaffirm ratings for SG Mart Ltd’s bank loan facilities

SG Mart Ltd announced today that CRISIL Ratings has reaffirmed its ratings on the company's bank loan facilities, including Long Term Bank Loan at Rs 150 crore, rated at "CRISIL BBB+ (Stable)," and Short Term Bank Loan at Rs 75 crore, rated at "CRISIL A2+"; India Ratings and Research has simultaneously reaffirmed its ratings on the company's Long Term Bank Loan at Rs 150 crore, rated at "IND BBB+", and Short Term Bank Loan at Rs 75 crore, rated at "IND A2+"; Care Ratings has also reaffirmed its ratings, assigning a Long Term Bank Loan at Rs 150 crore, rated at "BBB+ (Stable)," and a Short Term Bank Loan at Rs 75 crore, rated at "A2+"; all rating actions were reaffirmations with no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals noted by any of the agencies.
