Praveg Limited secures Rs 12.99 crore contract from TCGL for Statue of Unity rest shelter facilities

Praveg Limited (BSE: 531637) has received a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) dated September 16, 2026, from Tourism Corporation of Gujarat Limited (TCGL) for a contract to develop rest shelter facilities for the Parade Contingent at the Statue of Unity (SOU) Area, Gujarat. The total contract value is INR 12,99,61,000/ - plus applicable GST, encompassing the provision, erection, furnishing, operation, maintenance, and running of the premises for 13 days, from October 20, 2026 to November 1, 2026. This assignment reinforces Praveg's capabilities in integrated event infrastructure and operations, combining infrastructure mobilization, hospitality support, and on-ground facility management, and aligns with the company’s broader focus on tourism, hospitality, event management, and allied infrastructure services.
