CRISIL Ratings reaffirmed AA/Stable and A1+ ratings for JK Paper's funding facilities totaling Rs. 3280.50 crores

JK Paper Ltd announced today, September 16, 2026, that CRISIL Ratings Limited has reaffirmed its ratings for various funding facilities, pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Specifically, CRISIL Ratings reaffirmed a CRISIL AA/Stable rating for Long Term Rating (for Bank Loan facilities of Rs. 3280.50 crores), Fixed Deposits of Rs. 100 crore, NCDs aggregating to Rs. 300 crore, NCDs aggregating to Rs. 50 crore, NCDs aggregating to Rs. 285 crore, NCDs aggregating to Rs. 125 crore, and a CRISIL A1+ rating for Commercial Paper of Rs. 250 crore; no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals were indicated in the communication dated September 15, 2026.
