Kavveri Defence jumps 8.19% as it executes Rs 222 crore defence orders over three months

Kavveri Defence & Wireless Technologies Ltd. is up 8.19% to Rs 75.01, extending recent gains and surging 16.08% over the last week.

Kavveri Defence & Wireless Technologies Limited announced it is currently executing orders totaling Rs 222 crores from both domestic and international defence customers, with an anticipated execution period of three months. The orders, which encompass antennas, filters, switches, and RF components, are expected to contribute to a significant increase in the company’s reported revenue and reflect its growing integration within the defence electronics ecosystem. According to Managing Director Shivakumar Reddy C, this visibility stems from two years of product development and positions the company well for further opportunities and revenue growth in subsequent quarters.

Trading volume reached 11.75 lakh shares today, a surge of 125.38% compared to the average volume over the past week. Kavveri Defence & Wireless Technologies Ltd registered a decline of 19.66% year-over-year, underperforming the 6.43% loss seen in the NIFTY50 index.
