Moody’s assigns Baa2 ratings to RBL Bank’s US$350 million notes and US$1 billion MTN programme

RBL Bank Ltd announced that Moody's Investors Service Singapore Pte. Ltd. has assigned ratings to its US$ 350 million 5.791% Fixed Rate Notes due 16th September 2031, Series 1 (ISIN: XS3506162687), assigning a rating of Baa 2 with a stable outlook, issued under its US$ 1 billion EMTN Programme, and also assigned a rating of Baa2 to its US$1,000,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme, both related to its IFSC Banking Unit; Moody’s has also assigned a rating of Baa2 to the US$ 350,000,000 5.791% Fixed Rate Notes due 16th September 2031, Series 1, and assigned a rating of Baa2 to the US$1,000,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme, with no withdrawals or enhancements noted.
