Aspira Pathlab plans Rs 65 crore rights issue to eligible shareholders

Aspira Pathlab & Diagnostics Limited plans to raise up to Rs 65,00,00,000 through a rights issue to eligible equity shareholders, potentially offering equity or convertible instruments, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals, with the issue price, entitlement ratio, and record date to be determined later. The board has also constituted a Right Issue Committee, comprised of Mr. Nikunj Velji Mange (Chairman), Mr. Vaibhav Odhekar, Mrs. Kiran Raghavendra awasthi, and Mr. Balkrishna Subhash Talawadekar, to finalize the terms and conditions of the rights offering.
