India Ratings assigns IND A/Stable rating to Arvind SmartSpaces’ debentures backed by projects

Arvind SmartSpaces Ltd announced that India Ratings and Research has assigned an IND A/Stable rating to the proposed optional convertible debentures (“OCDs”) totaling 1,000, also assigning an IND A/Stable rating to optionally convertible debentures totaling 1,000, secured against receivables from upcoming projects in Sarjapur and Whitefield, for Arvind SmartHomes Private Limited, a material subsidiary; India Ratings provided information regarding the ratings, while no further rating data was found from other agencies, and no enhancements, assignments, or withdrawals were noted beyond these initial assignments.
