Onesource Industries Ventures plans Rs 52.45 crore rights issue to raise equity capital

Onesource Industries and Ventures Limited (formerly Onesource Ideas Venture Limited) announced a rights issue to raise up to Rs 52.45 crore through the issuance of equity shares with a face value of Rs 1 each. The company seeks to allot shares for an aggregate amount not exceeding Rs 52,45,00,000, subject to regulatory approvals and a record date to be notified later. The board has also constituted a Rights Issue Committee and approved a work order for the development of an integrated digital marketplace for agricultural produce. Additionally, the company approved the incorporation of a foreign subsidiary, Onesource Industries & Ventures LLC, and authorized a director to act on its behalf, along with other routine matters. Trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives has been closed until 48 hours after the board meeting’s outcome.
