NACDAC Infrastructure Limited secures Rs 3.34 crore purchase order from Godrej Properties for civil infra works

NACDAC Infrastructure Limited announced it has received new purchase orders from Godrej Properties Limited totaling Rs 3,34,29,990 (including GST), representing site civil infra works to be executed within four months. The order value, excluding GST, is Rs 2,83,30,500, and the company confirmed that neither the promoter group nor any group companies have an interest in Godrej Properties, and the transaction does not constitute a related party transaction.
