Ajmera Realty board approves Rs 500 crore fundraising via Non-Convertible Debentures

Ajmera Realty & Infra India Limited announced that its board approved a proposal to raise up to Rs 500 crore through the issuance of Non-Convertible Debentures/Bonds/other instruments on a private placement basis, potentially in multiple tranches, subject to shareholder approval. The securities will be secured or unsecured, listed or unlisted, and redeemable, with ratings to be determined, and the funds will be raised to meet the company’s funding needs. The board meeting commenced at 12:40 P.M. and concluded at 1:02 P.M.
