India’s capital market stays resilient in FY26, SEBI quotes

India's capital markets remained strong in the financial year 2025-26, despite global uncertainties. SEBI’s Annual Report reveals that India led the world in Initial Public Offerings (IPO) and ranked third in funds raised. While corporate bond mobilisation fell by 8.4% to 9.1 lakh crore rupees, public debt issuances increased by nearly 39%.
