Arvaya Healthcare will halt trading for insiders following second quarter results in October 2026

Arvaya Healthcare Limited, formerly known as Bijoy Hans Limited, will close its trading window for directors, promoters, promoter group, key managerial personnel, designated persons, their immediate relatives, and connected persons, effective Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the second quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026; the date of the board meeting for the financial results declaration will be announced separately.
