Aarti Drugs appoints Adhish Patil as Managing Director, effective October 1, 2026

Aarti Drugs Limited announced several changes to its management at its 41st Annual General Meeting on September 26, 2026. Uday Moreshwar Patil retired as Whole Time Director, and Nilesh Bhalchandra Patil was appointed as Director and Whole Time Director, effective September 26, 2026. Additionally, Adhish Prakash Patil will assume the role of Managing Director, effective October 1, 2026, while Harshit Manilal Savla, Harit Pragji Shah, Hasmukh Bhavanji Dedhia, Ajit Eledath Venugopalan, and Sandeep Madhusudan Joshi were re-appointed as Joint Managing Director, Whole Time Director, and Independent Directors, respectively, for further terms.
