Guru Krupa Gems appoints Madhav Upadhyay & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years

Guru Krupa Gems and Jewellery Limited, formerly known as Bhakti Gems and Jewellery Limited, announced that its members approved the appointment of M/s Madhav Upadhyay and Associates as the company's Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive financial years, commencing from F.Y. 2026-27 to 2030-31, at its 16th Annual General Meeting held on September 25, 2026.
