Guru Krupa Gems re-appointed Shah Karia & Associates as auditor for five years

Guru Krupa Gems and Jewellery Limited, formerly known as Bhakti Gems and Jewellery Limited, announced that its members approved the reappointment of M/s Shah Karia & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as the company's statutory auditor for five consecutive financial years, commencing from fiscal year 2026-27 to fiscal year 2030-31, at its 16th Annual General Meeting on September 25, 2026.
