ADF Foods closes trading window for designated persons until further announcement

ADF Foods Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that the trading window for dealing in the company's shares by designated persons will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, and remain closed until further announcement, in accordance with the company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
