IGC Industries Limited closes trading window ahead of financial results announcement

IGC INDUSTRIES LIMITED informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for designated persons will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board of Directors meeting to consider the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
