Sree Rayalaseema appoints Phaneendra Rao Kasturi as director for a five-year term

Sree Rayalaseema Hi-Strength Hypo Limited informed the BSE and National Stock Exchange of India that Sri Phaneendra Rao Kasturi was appointed as an Additional Director and Non-Executive Independent Director at the company's 21st Annual General Meeting held on September 26, 2026, following his initial appointment on August 12, 2026, for a term of five years.
