Riddhi Display Equipments closes trading window for insiders ahead of financial results

Riddhi Display Equipments Limited informed the BSE Limited that the trading window for equity shares of the company will be closed for directors, promoters, designated persons, and those with contractual or fiduciary relations with the company, effective Thursday, October 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of the company’s unaudited financial results for the half-year ending September 30, 2026.
