Srigee Dlm Limited will restrict trading for insiders following SEBI regulations

Srigee Dlm Limited, formerly Srigee Dlm Private Limtied, will close its trading window for directors, officers, and designated employees and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited standalone financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015.
