Newtrac Foods & Beverages will halt trading following a September 2026 board meeting

Newtrac Foods & Beverages Limited, formerly known as Markobenz Ventures Limited, will close its trading window for designated persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the conclusion of a board meeting to consider the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, according to a filing with the BSE Limited on September 26, 2026.
