Jetking Infotrain restricts trading for insiders pending financial results release

Jetking Infotrain Limited will close its trading window for directors, key management personnel, designated persons, and their immediate relatives/connected persons from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with SEBI regulations and the company’s code of conduct.
