Mithun K Chittilappilly will become chairperson of V-Guard Industries, succeeding Radha Unni in 2026

V-Guard Industries Limited announced that Radha Unni will retire and cease to be chairperson and independent director with effect from September 26, 2026, completing her second and final term. Simultaneously, Mithun K Chittilappilly, the company’s managing director, will assume the role of chairperson of the board, effective September 27, 2026.
